    GDPR Compliancy Springfield Promotions Ltd - T/A Business Pens

    The following definitions apply: "Springfield Promotions", "Springfield", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Springfield Promotions Ltd and trading names. 

    In line with General Data Protection Regulations (25th May 2018). Springfield Promotions Ltd will only hold and store your contact details for the purposes of fulfilling a potential order on your behalf.

    For reasons of legitimate interest these contact details are retained for future business transactions only as listed below;

    • To continue to transact with you based on services we have provided previously.
    • To comply with HMRC with relation to VAT records
    • To keep you informed of marketing offers and promotions that are relevant to your type of business.

    The only time your address will be given out will be for the purposes of delivery of any merchandise you have authorised through an order.

    Information Supplied and Held;

    We store your name, business address, business telephone number, business mobile number (if supplied) and business email address in our central database securely held on our UK Servers. 

    We only collect your information when you contact our sales team through the various media, so that we can progress with your enquiry or transaction.

    Your data is only used by Springfield Promotions Ltd. At any time, you may request that your data is removed from our database.

    We do not store any of our clients banking details in any database. In the case of pre-payment for goods we use SAGE Pay (who are fully GDPR compliant) where your card details are input directly and no records are kept by us.

    We do not and will never pass on your contact details onto a third party for marketing purposes.

    Your right to access personal information

    You have the right, on request, to receive a copy of the personal information that we hold about you and; 

     -           to be told for what purpose personal data about you is being processed

     -           to be given a description of the data and the recipients to whom it may be disclosed

     -           to have communicated in an intelligible form the personal data concerned and any information available as to the source of the data

    At any time, you may request that your data is removed from our database.
